RETURNS

More Party Animals LLC goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are completed accurately and on time and are of the highest quality. We will gladly replace or refund you for any defective items you wish to return. If you're unsatisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size of an item you may return it and choose an item in another size or color.
Please note the following limitations:

• Item must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase.
• Items that have been worn, laundered or altered in any way cannot be
accepted for exchange or return.
• Any return shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the customer. We urge you to use priority mail or a carrier that generates tracking numbers, as we will not be responsible for lost packages.
• Customers who order two of the same item in consecutive sizes and then send one back for a refund may be charged a restocking fee of $5.00.  Many customers do this because they are not quite sure what size to order.  We recommend contacting us via email for shirt measurements.  Please do not order 2 of the same item in different sizes with the intention of returning one of those items.  This practice costs us extra money in the form of labor, payment processing fees, and also in the fact that the item that gets returned was not in our stock for the period of time which it was in transit to and from the customer.
