Isolated thundershowers forecast for many parts of Thailand

A heat low cell covers upper Thailand, continuing the hot weather conditions in the area while the southerly and southeasterly winds blowing over the area bring isolated thundershowers, the Thailand Meteorological Department has forecast.

Weak easterly winds blowing across the Gulf and the South are expected to bring thunder showers.

From May 1-5, active low pressure on Sumatra will intensify. Expect waves to be about two metres high in the Andaman Sea.
